Gerry Clayford-Beckie, President
Gerry has worked in all areas of nursing since 1980, serving at remote outpost stations, in acute care settings and in geriatrics long-term care facilities. She has also provided private sector nursing since 1994. She has extensive training in nursing, counseling and traditional Chinese medicine, giving her a holistic outlook on the health of her clients. Her nursing care business has been recognized by the North Shore Outlook, YWCA and Business in Vancouver.
Rebecca Lalani, Chief Operating Officer
Rebecca has specialized training in understanding and caring for people with dementia. She is committed to a holistic approach, which she has developed over 30 years in the health care field. She originally trained in both general and psychiatric nursing in the United Kingdom and has undertaken extensive professional development and specialized training in Canada. Committed to a holistic approach to care, Rebecca believes that cooperation between client, family, and care manager is critical to promoting positive outcomes.
Tracy Cole, Care Manager (Vancouver)
Tracy has worked in health care since 1985. She has experience in many areas of nursing, from acute care, private school RN, teaching, remote outpost stations, prison/correctional, administration and geriatric to occupational health.
She also has specialized training in operating room and recovery room nursing. As well, she has extensive training in education and counseling. Tracy continues to study various healing practices in order to assist her clients to achieve optimum health and well-being.
Shelly Singh, RN. LPN Care Manager (Burnaby & New Westminster)
Shelly is a role model and leader, passionate about educating staff to improve their knowledge of collaborative practice within the scope of seniors and family centered care. Shelly earned her RN from the Ministry of Health, Fiji and worked as nurse for 5 years before moving to Canada in 2009. She gained her LPN 4 years ago & has worked in a leadership role with the team since then. Shelly has special training in primary health care, critical care and medical and surgical nursing.
Amanda Peters, Care Manager (Surrey & Langley)
Amanda has over a decade of experience caring for seniors in Long Term Care and Assisted Living. She is one of our most experienced dementia care nursing professionals. Providing holistic care for seniors is her passion and she always looks to promote her clients’ autonomy and quality of life. She has additional specialized experienced in Health Care Management, immunizations, wound and dementia care.
Miny Parappilly, Care Manager (Delta)
Miny completed RN training in the Indian Army in 1992. She emigrated to Canada with her husband in 1994 and has two children. She returned to nursing in 1999.
Miny is passionate about the complexity of Geriatric nursing and believes that physical, emotional, cultural and family play equal parts in the clients well being. She embraces the fact that for her nursing is a lifelong experience and that she has the opportunity to learn something new each day.
Miny has enhanced education in palliative and wound care. She also recently successfully completed Canadian Health Care Management course.
Constanta has been dedicated to the Profession of Nursing since 1994. She trained and worked as an RN in Romania where she also studied Economic Management.
As a Manager caring for seniors, Constanta is committed to a nursing culture of excellence. She believes in compassion safety and dignity of our clients and values a collaborative approach to family centered care.
